The scope of this contract is for the demolition and proper disposal of the trade fixtures and miscellaneous structures including: 1. Parcel 17 - MS-1) Business Sign – Double faced, lighted 8 FT x 12 FT with KFC logo with a double faced, lighted 8 FT x 4 FT letter changer sign, installed between 2 -10 IN square poles with associated footings, MS-2,3,4,5,6) Light standards, fixtures, and associated 18 IN diameter x unknown depth concrete bases/foundations; 2. Parcel 26 - MS-1) Business Sign – One (1) double faced 4 FT x 8 FT plywood sign with no graphics on the sign, installed on two (2) 4 IN x 4 IN wood poles & one (1) wooden cross and associated footings; 3. Parcel 27 - MS-1) Flagpole and associated footing, MS-2,3) Flood lights; 4. Parcel 32 - MS-1) Light standard, fixture, and associated concrete base/footing, MS-2,3) Steel gate posts and associated concrete footings, MS-4) Sign base - Severed 4 IN x 4 IN steel post and associated footing; and 5. Parcel 41 - MS-1) Business sign - One 14' x 10' sign frame installed on single steel pole in concrete base at a height of 80' and associated footings.
