Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Covington Newton County 911 Communications Center is requesting proposals from qualified,professional technology vendors that can provide IT Support Services for our 911 Public Safety AnsweringPoint(PSAP). This would include but is not limited to monitoring and maintenance of the CommunicationsCenter Network Infrastructure, interacting and working with other vendors providing technology solutionsfor 911 operations, help manage software support and renewal contracts, and participate in strategicbusiness planning that keeps our network ready for new technology, such as Next Generation 911(NG911).In addition we are looking for someone who can help us facilitate a comprehensive cybersecurity solutionprotecting the PSAP from outside intrusion.
