Specifications include, but are not limited to: Gwinnett County Public Library (GCPL) desires to streamline the payroll process by contracting a HR/Payroll service that provides workforce management, time and attendance, and payroll requirements identified in this RFP (hereinafter referred to as, “HR/Payroll”). GCPL requires that any proposal for a HR/Payroll solution also include professional services necessary to implement the solution. Vendors offering software as a service (SaaS) systems are encouraged to propose. GCPL’s vision is to integrate this proposed solution with the organization’s existing ERP solution (Microsoft NAV) as well as any future specialized library applications that may be purchased in the future. GCPL desires a solution with an intuitive, user-friendly interface and offers local, remote, and mobile access to the solution. GCPL is satisfied with its current ERP solution for financial functions but has determined – based on an internal assessment – that it would be beneficial to explore other solutions for HR/Payroll and time and attendance functions.
