Specifications include, but are not limited to: Augusta State University, (ASU) a unit of the University System of Georgia is requesting statements of qualifications for the development of job descriptions and a compensation structure for all non-faculty benefited positions. The objective of this procurement activity is to identify qualified firms to work with ASU administration to develop a compensation philosophy for the non-faculty positions at ASU utilizing the current University System of Georgia BCAT Classification System; develop communications which improve employees’ understanding of the compensation and classification plan; analyze existing employee jobs and prepare job descriptions; collect information to support classification and market comparisons of jobs; design a salary grade structure to reflect the appropriate market identity and position as well as recommendations for the continued management of the plan.
