The County is seeking competitive bids from qualified vendors for the supply, delivery, and installation of commercial-grade furniture for the Counties Historic Courthouse. The furniture will support courtroom operations, public access, and administrative functions. The selected vendor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, transportation, and services necessary to complete the following: 2.1 Furniture Supply; Provide high-quality, durable, furniture that meets the design, function, and ergonomic requirements of a courthouse environment as detailed in Exhibit #1. All desks must be height adjustable. 2.2 Specifications & Standards • All furniture must meet ANSI/BIFMA standards. • Finishes, materials, and designs must match courthouse aesthetics and durability standards. • ADA compliance is required where applicable. • Fire-retardant materials must meet applicable building/fire codes.
