Specifications include, but are not limited to: he School System requires of the contractor: - Daily cleaning of all facilities including: o Empty waste receptacles and replace liners as needed o Sweep floors and baseboards o Vacuum carpets (where applicable) o Dust mop and wet mop floors o Replenish paper towel, toilet paper, and hand soap dispensers o Clean and sanitize all toilets, sinks, and bathroom floors o Clean and sanitize counters, desks, doorknobs, light switches and classroom sinks o Wipe tables and clear trash in cafeteria during and after breakfast o Wipe tables and clear trash in cafeteria between lunch shifts and after lunch o Graffiti removal o Hard floor buffing o Clean walls and partitions and all other contiguous surfaces o Dust and wash columns, doors, and door frames o Vacuum upholstered furniture and full rug areas o Spot clean carpets as needed o Wash windows as needed o Clean ceiling areas, overhead pipes, wall fans, pictures, plaques, wall or ceiling diffusers, file cabinets, bookcases, etc. o Scrub and foam restrooms o Scrub, strip and seal work on floors (summer) o Snow and ice removal of areas adjacent to the building(s) – walkways and stairs
