• Assess 52’ x 87’ site, making note of location of water meter • Prepare trenches of 2’ depth outside of existing concrete pad under all four (4) station bay doors. Bore 2’ holes into existing concrete pad under station bay and install rebar extending 2’ into new concrete pad outside of station bays to further guard against settling. Install vertical concrete piers and/or grade beam to solid ground at entrance of bay doors to prevent settling. • Compact base soil and grade to proper elevation • Apply rewire and rebar as needed to ensure concrete has proper tensile strength • Prepare site and install 8” slab of 4,000 PSI concrete with monolithic slabs at the four (4) bay door entrances • Install bollards at both sides at entrance of bay doors • Broom finish concrete • Clean up site and any remaining debris related to project
