Specifications include, but are not limited to: Remove and replace existing coils for air handling unit #4 and #6, with Daikin brand equipment or approved equal, and all associated costs. Additional considerations: • Temporarily relocate ceiling tiles/grid, ductwork and lighting fixtures as needed to accommodate the project work. • Reposition, reinstall and/or replace (if necessary) ceiling tiles/grid, ductwork and lighting fixtures as needed to restore to match pre-work condition. • All removed equipment to be taken off site, reclaimed and/or recycled unless otherwise specified. • Protect all walls, equipment, and flooring from damage during this project. • Controls: Adapt existing controls to new units. • Electrical Connections: Adapt existing circuit to new equipment. • Water Piping: Adapt existing chill water and hot water piping to new units. • Lift Fees: Included • Start-up new equipment at project completion. • Warranty: One (1) year labor and one (1) year parts. • Campus hours are Monday – Thursday from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Other work times may be available upon request, if required.
