Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.2.2 Agent shall sell the sculptures through public auction (in-person or online). 2.2.3 Agent shall provide a valuation of each sculpture to include a low and high estimated sale price and any factors that influenced the assessed value, and to inform the reserve price . 2.2.4 Agent shall identify a reserve price and the method for determining the reserve price. 2.2.5 Agent shall advise the seller concerning potential authenticity and restoration services that may improve the value of the sculptures prior to their sale. 2.2.6 Agent shall be responsible for the professional photography of the sculptures. The agent shall provide the seller with digital copies of photographs. 2.2.7 Agent shall be responsible for the advertising and marketing of the sculptures prior to sale. The agent shall provide the seller with the advertising and marketing strategies prior to the sale of the sculptures.
