Specifications include, but are not limited to:The Fulton County Department of Health and Wellness was awarded with a grant from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) to implement the Partnerships to Improve Community Health (PICH) program. The PICH grant supports public health efforts to reduce chronic disease, promote healthier lifestyles, reduce health disparities and control health care spending. In partnership with a coalition of government, school, healthcare, corporate, faith-based and non-profit organizations to target four critical community needs: physical activity, healthy eating and nutrition, smoke-free/reduce tobacco use, chronic disease prevention and risk reduction. As part of the communication plan objectives, the PICH program requires the production of graphically designed images and materials as a visual audit of the ways in which the identified critical needs can be created in Fulton County, as well as reflect the impact being made by the program in those respective areas and to reflect ways to promote healthy lifestyles through better health choices. The graphic design vendor will provide a comprehensive service, designing imagery for use in print and digital media, including: 1) High resolution graphics developed for print and digital use on multiple platforms including but not limited to PSD, HTML, XHTML, CSS, CMS and Flash. 2) Images and slides developed specifically for website and social media use. 3) Visual communication fact sheets, infographics, and brochures; content and material development. 4) Development and production of press/media kits, promotional signage for indoor and outdoor use, invitations, push cards, and flyers
