SERVICE DETAILS: Supplier agrees to provide the services below: • Rental: o Monthly rental fee for one 35 Yd compactor. o Monthly rental fee for one 30 Yd roll-off container. • Pull and Haul: o One, 35 Yd side load self-contained compactor; 2X/Week on Monday and Thursday between 8:00AM and 4:00PM. o One, 30 Yd roll-off container; 2X/Week on Monday and Thursday between 8:00AM and 4:00PM. • Tonnage: o Provide cost for one 35 Yd Compactor and one 30 Yd roll-off container. Estimated Annual tonnage is 1,000 tons. VENDOR AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING: • If extra pulls are needed due to higher-than-normal trash loads, the pull must be completed within 24 hours. • To provide a valid, regularly monitored email address that can be used when submitting service requests. Service requests will be submitted by the facility in writing via email. • Disposal of all waste from containers will be in accordance with all local, state, and federal requirements. • There will be no service attempt fees charged to the Georgia Department of Corrections.
