Supplier agrees to provide the services below: • All-inclusive rate to include rental, pull & haul, and tonnage for the following: o (4) 8-yard containers – picked up 3X per week on each Monday, Wednesday, and Friday between 8:00AM and 4:00PM. o (1) 4-yard container – picked up 3X per week on each Monday, Wednesday, and Friday between 8:00AM and 4:00PM. VENDOR AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING: • If extra pulls are needed due to higher-than-normal trash loads, the pull must be completed within 24 hours. • To provide a valid, regularly monitored email address that can be used when submitting service requests. Service requests will be submitted by the facility in writing via email. • Disposal of all waste from containers will be in accordance with all local, state, and federal requirements. • There will be no service attempt fees charged to the Georgia Department of Corrections.
