1. IC Building: a. Replace large built up air handler with new b. Replace 100+ VAVs with new c. Replace single gas boiler (and boiler pumps) with three new for redundancy d. Get rid of JCI controls entirely, replace with new open source controls 2. Russell Hall a. Replace a pump b. Get rid of JCI controls entirely, replace with new open source controls 3. Student Center a. Replace one AHU with new b. Replace all VAVs associated with the AHU (about 15 VAVs) c. Get rid of JCI controls entirely, replace with new open source controls d. Replace all lighting, generally one for one with new LED type with new controls e. In the area where new HVAC is being provided a new ceiling grid with new tiles will be required. 4.
