The selected firm will be expected to provide the following deliverables: Brand Assessment: Review of GGC’s current brand identity, messaging, and positioning. Conduct surveys, focus groups, and interviews with key internal and external stakeholders, including students, faculty, staff, alumni, and the local community. Note: All focus groups, surveys, and interviews will be handled by the selected firm. GGC will not be responsible for recruiting, conducting or organizing these activities. Analyze GGC’s presence in the higher education marketplace. Evaluate the effectiveness of GGC’s current marketing and communication strategies. Competitive Analysis: Conduct a comparative analysis of GGC’s brand with key competitors in the region and the broader higher education market. Identify opportunities for GGC to differentiate itself and stand out. Brand Perception Survey: Design and distribute surveys to measure current perceptions of GGC’s brand among students, faculty, staff, alumni, and prospective students. Provide a detailed analysis of the survey results. Recommendations & Deliverables: Develop actionable recommendations for strengthening the GGC brand, including potential brand positioning strategies, messaging adjustments, and marketing initiatives. Implementing proposed changes to the brand identity and work with GGC’s communications team to launch agreed upon strategies.
