Specifications include, but are not limited to: The successful proposer shall provide the following services at a minimum: Provide one adult education instructor experienced with high risk offenders. Instructor must effectively practice an interactive teaching methodology to counteract low-skilled participants lacking social and cognitive skills. Provide classroom instruction for participants 17 years of age and older. Be responsible for all instructional classroom substitutions for absences, training, and emergencies when reasonable. Provide opportunities for adult literacy training to instructors. Invoice SIP on a monthly basis for the cost of the instructor. Provide Test of Adult Basic Education (TABE) testing for all SIP clients entering the adult education program. Provide daily attendance record to SIP. Provide monthly, quarterly and/or annual reports to SIP as required. Provide educational resource materials via computer software and literacy handouts, basic typing, and any other training resource materials. Provide curriculum to ensure the relevance and rigor of the program
