Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) is requesting proposals for a new Records Management System (RMS) that integrates the management of investigative case file information, criminal intelligence information, evidence records, tips and leads data, digital evidence, confidential source information, open records requests, asset management, open-source queries and information, time and attendance records, case-related accounting and finances, case-related queries and statistical reporting, and other administrative documentation workflows and tasks into a single consolidated web-based computer system. The GBI RMS will be a cloud-based, customized, off-the-shelf software-as-a-subscription (SAAS) solution. This solution will replace an existing system and will require up to 75 terabytes of data to be migrated from the legacy system into the proposed solution. The proposed solution will benefit and be utilized by all GBI investigative work units, comprised of up to 600 personnel.
