The Gilmer County School System reserves the right to waive technicalities, to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularity in bids received, to award the entire bid to one bidders or to multiple bidders or to make awards by group or location, whichever is in the best interest of the Gilmer County School System. 2. The Gilmer County School System does not pay applicable federal and state sales taxes. 3. Price quotes do not include applicable taxes or GUST Fund Contributions 4. In the event that the successful bidder or bidders are unable to perform as required, and the system has to secure services from an alternate vendor the bidder shall be responsible for payment of any additional cost for services. 5. Bid prices shall be for the entire fiscal year beginning July 1, 2022 and ending June 30, 2023.
