The City of Euharlee is seeking proposals from qualified sound production companies to provide sound engineering, equipment, and technical support for the 2025 Food Truck Friday concert series. This event series consists of five outdoor concerts held at our newly constructed amphitheater and other designated locations. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, setup, operation, and breakdown of professional sound production for each concert. Services include, but are not limited to: • High-quality PA system suitable for an outdoor concert setting • Mixing console and necessary cabling • Microphones (wired and wireless) and mic stands • Monitors for performers • Sound technician(s) for setup, operation, and teardown • Coordination with performing artists for soundcheck • On-site troubleshooting during performances • Power supply management and compliance with venue regulations
