All specifications are listed here and in the included construction documents for Gwinnett County Fleet Management Building Renovation Authorized May 7, 2025. The project scope includes: • The provision of all labor, equipment, materials, finishes, fixtures, furniture, and appliances to complete the project. • Obtaining all permits and inspections as required by the Gwinnett County Department of Planning & Development. • Full interior demolition of the Men’s and Women’s locker rooms and the staff breakroom including ceiling, electrical, plumbing, flooring, wall tile, partitions, fixtures, and accessories. • Reconfiguration of the Men’s locker room to include addition of two new toilets, cutting of the concrete floor and installation of in-ground plumbing to move the urinals, removal of one shower stall, and demolition and reconstruction of concrete block walls for the remaining shower. • Installation of new plumbing lines and ventilation as necessary for the new fixtures. • Concrete floor work in the Men’s locker room after new plumbing drains are installed, and application of seamless polyaspartic flooring in all three areas. • Installation of new ceiling grid with lighting, electrical controls, plumbing fixtures, partitions, millwork, dispensers, shower stall tile, painting, furniture, and appliances to accomplish fully functional spaces. • Limited HVAC work to connect new and reconfigured installations to the existing systems.
