CMAR services are to be provided under a single contract. The CMAR Contract will include preconstruction services, subcontractor procurement, and construction services. The Project consists of, but is not limited to the following major elements of Work: Retrofit of an existing stormwater detention pond located along the City of Chamblee Rail Trail to a tiered stormwater wetlands with walking path and park amenities. The project scope includes development of aesthetic water features, multi-use path, cast -inplace concrete retaining walls, elevated observation deck, seating, site lighting, landscaping, other park features, erosion/sediment control measures, labor and materials necessary to install the authorized work.
