Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.1. Purpose of Procurement Fort Valley State University (hereafter "FVSU"), a Unit of the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia (Owner) with campuses in Fort Valley and Warner Robins, GA, is seeking Statements of Qualifications from firms interested in providing Task Order Contractor and Design-Build services for certain small construction and repair projects. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeks to identify qualified potential providers of the above-mentioned services. Projects may be offered at either of the above campuses. Please note that this Task Order solicitation is for Licensed General Contractors. 1.1.1 FVSU is responsible for procuring and administering the Task Order Contract(s) for limited services for construction and repair projects in support of FVSU. 1.1.2 A contract will be issued for an indefinite amount of “as needed” construction orders named “Task Orders.” Each Task Order consists of a Task Order Agreement, with attachments, together with the master Task Order Contract. The maximum of all Task Order Agreements issued, including all relevant Change Orders, shall not exceed $500,000 for this contract. The intent is to issue up to three separate contracts for Task Order Contracting.
