Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.1The Proponent is expected to serve quality food and beverages which meet the needs of the patrons. The Proponent will be required to provide all items necessary to conduct daily operation of the food concession, including, but not limited to, beverages, serving and eating utensils, drinking containers, condiments and napkins.1.2The concession area shall be used for the purpose of selling food and beverages at the Clayton County International Park (Spivey Splash Waterpark).1.3The menu final selectionwill be determined and approved byClayton County Parks and Recreation Director or his designee. Any menu changes must be pre-approved before the sale and use of any products. The Proponent must not sell alcoholic beverages to the public.1.4All employees shall be required to comply with the County’s security requirements and shall provide to the County, upon award, and at no additional cost to the County, a State and Federal Criminal Background Check for all employees providing services as specified in this RFP and in Attachment A, Scope of Services, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. The County may request updated or additional criminal background records during the term of the contract.
