The selected vendor will provide parking lot operation services for events hosted at Georgia State University’s basketball arenas, football stadiums, and other public assembly venues. Staffing Capacity Vendor certifies the ability to provide staffing for events based on the following minimum vehicle volume thresholds for standard 8-hour events: Vehicle Count Minimum Number of Events 1–1,000 vehicles 10 events 1,001–3,000 vehicles 15 events 3,001–5,000 vehicles 15 events 5,001–8,000 vehicles 10 events 3. Staffing Roles Vendor certifies the ability to fulfill the following staffing roles: - Parking Lot Attendant (On-Site Payment Processing and Pre-Paid Parking) - Parking Lot Traffic Control - Parking Enforcement Personnel - Valet Service Equipment Requirements Vendor must have the ability to provide all necessary equipment to perform services, including but not limited to: - Cones - A-frames - Fluorescent safety vests - Smartphone devices - License Plate Recognition (LPR) equipment
