Specifications include, but are not limited to: Adding additional departments/facilities to our enterprise video surveillance and access control system. A number of different vendors have installed various access control and video surveillance systems throughout the majority of County departments with no consistency to the platform, management console, type of access card, etc. In 2016, the County issued an RFP for security upgrades to Building A located at 100 Cherokee Street Marietta, GA, as well as the County Parking decks located on the Marietta Square. The video surveillance and access control system installed in these facilities is Avigilon Control Center (ACC) and Avigilon Access Control Manager (ACM). It is the County’s goal to migrate to this single enterprise video surveillance and access control systems platform with a single access card for all facilities. No minimum or maximum amount of work is guaranteed under this solicitation, and work will be procured on an as-needed basis. Services to be provided under the solicitation may include, but not be limited to, engineering studies, pre-design and pre-construction activities, detailed design services, project management, contract administration, contract management and other related services. Whenever services are requested by the County, the Vendor will submit a written proposal for the specific project. The County reserves the right to accept or reject proposals, and to accept the proposal that serves the best interest of the County. The County reserves the right to seek the services of other vendors, not included in this agreement, for projects requiring specialized or unique services.
