The scope of services will be to provide CSD with a fully integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, including the software application acquisition, implementation, project management, and other ongoing services. CSD also expects to implement improvements to CSD’ business processes as part of this project. CSD expects that the chosen vendor will understand CSD’ goals, will recommend a software program(s), and provide implementation services of those software programs that will assist in guiding CSD towards achievement of these goals. The high-level goals of this software acquisition and implementation project are to: − Increase data quality, integrity, and reliability − Reduce and eliminate manual processes − Support strategic decision-making and planning − Streamline workflow and communications − Deliver a self-service environment
