Specifications include, but are not limited to: Engineering & Design Services for the Twin View Blvd. Bridge Over Churn Creek Replacement Project.The project involves the removal of the existing two lane bridge and the construction of a new bridge over Churn Creek with required roadway touchdown improvements. The reconstruction of the Twin View Bridge will require two-stage construction. The existing bridge must be maintained during Stage 1 construction to support an existing 8-inch water main which provides water service to properties to the north and to provide vehicle access to local businesses. Additionally, the Stage 1 limits are to be minimized to avoid relocation of high voltage overhead utilities while still providing two lanes of traffic during the construction of Stage 2 improvements. Stage 2 bridge limits are planned to stay within the existing bridge footprint to minimize environmental impacts and changes to the approach roadway geometries
