Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Griffin-Spalding County School System is seeking electronic access control services from one vendor. This vendor should provide the district with electronic access control capabilities at all of our sites both administrative and instructional, site access monitoring via mobile and remote devices, reporting of site access, and installation of RFID, Bluetooth, or NFC readers throughout the district. 1. Access from remote and mobile devices: Offerors must state in their proposal whether or not the system that is offered is capable of allowing district security and administrative personnel to gain access to view system access control usage/reports or alerts through mobile and remote devices not on the district's network. 2. Integration with other systems: Offerors must explain in their proposal their system’s ability to integrate with other systems for rostering purposes. Explain how new staff members are added and the process for keeping accounts updated. For each location electronic access is needed, the number of entryways can be found in Attachment 1. 3. Hardware offered Offerors must describe the hardware offered by their company, including the following key points: 1. List access reader hardware and include if readers are hardwired or wireless--wired is preferred. 2. List whether or not access reader hardware operates offline. 3. List the types of CIM/Communication Interface Modules used for hardware. 4. Equipment i. Identify the required services for a complete project including but not limited to component installation, software, software infrastructure - new or upgraded, licenses, electrical upgrades, door and hardware changes, access readers and any other items required to have a fully functioning access control system.
