Electrical and Fiber Specifications PLANNING ❑ TrackMan (TM) pole locations identified (Consult with TM Staff for measurement guide). ❑ Climate-controlled room for TrackMan server equipment to be provided and located in room adjacent to range. County provided. ❑ Minimum of 30Mbps up/down internet with no port restrictions. County provided. ❑ Identify power source for each radar to tap into. ❑ 120 Volt power; ❑ Individual circuits for each radar supporting 150W for each radar. ❑ Plan trenching route from each radar back to server location and radar power source. RADAR POLES ❑ Install radar poles. See Customer Deliverables Guide for pole specs. ❑ Provided 3ft x 3ft concrete base minimum for each radar pole. ❑ Counter sink poles in concrete base. Once dry, the top of pole should be very rigid. ❑ Stem up conduit on back of pole (away from golfers) for power and fiber in concrete base. ❑ Trench from server room location and power source to each radar. ❑ Lay power and fiber conduit in trenches. ❑ Pull 2 pairs (4 strands) of single mode fiber to each radar pole’s steel junction box located 18in from the top of the pole. ❑ LC/UPC to LC/UPC on both ends. ❑ Terminate 2 or 3 pairs of fiber for each radar. ❑ Land fiber runs to the switch located in each radar pole’s steel junction box. ❑ Land fiber runs from each radar to the server rack location. ❑ Run conduit, power and fiber cables inside or outside the radar pole to the location of the junction box. CAT 6 CABLING FOR ACCESS POINT(S) ❑ Run Cat 6 cables to each Wi-Fi access point location and terminate. (Specifics provided by TM staff). TOUCHSCREENS ❑ Designate touchscreen locations (consult with TM Staff on safe distance from hitting mat / height / etc.). ❑ Source and install touchscreen poles ❑ Run Cat 6 and power cables to each touchscreen location. ❑ Each touchscreen requires Cat 6 with RJ45 termination. ❑ Each touchscreen’s power cable must either be terminated with a plug and outlet or hardwired directly with wire nuts in junction box. WEEK-OF INSTALL CHECKLIST ITEMS ❑ All static bays/hitting mats must be in their final locations to enable GPS mapping and test shots. ❑ Electrician to be onsite when TM Employees arrive for installation. ❑ Fiber contractor to be on call if any issue with TM connections. ❑ Schedule boom lift to be onsite when TM Employees arrive for installation.
