Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Physical Security: The contractor shall safeguard all Unified Government of Athens-Clarke County property, inclusive of intellectual property, provided for contractor use. At the close of each work period, vehicles, facilities, support equipment, and materials shall be secured. 2. Access Control: Vendor must check in at the front office at Police Headquarters located at 3035 Lexington Rd, Athens, GA. Vendor will be escorted to the ACCPD’s Evidence facility. At all times auditors are within proximity of evidentiary items she/he will be escorted by a member of ACCPD’s staff. 3. Contract Performance Period: Contract performance period shall be from date of award until the audit is completed unless terminated by either party giving to the other written notice of termination in writing thirty (30) days prior to the proposed date of termination. Termination by the Unified Government of Athens-Clarke County can be immediate upon contractor failure to comply with any of the terms.
