Specifications include, but are not limited to: Proposers are asked to completely familiarize themselves with all the requirements prior to proposing. The successful firm will ensure optimum public safety, protect and serve the stakeholders, and provide accountability for services. A. The Contractor shall provide trained labor, supervision, supplies, equipment, uniforms, licenses, permits, certificates, insurance, pre-employment screenings, reports, investigations, and files necessary to perform and deliver event security services to GICC/Arena Campus as described and required in this solicitation. B. The Contractor shall perform to the standards required in this solicitation and shall be expected to work closely with the client and GICC/Arena Campus representatives throughout the duration of the resulting Agreement. C. The Contractor shall become familiar with the the GICC/Arena Campus’s safety policies and procedures. These procedures shall be modified from time to time. Additionally, the Contractor must ensure that all personnel assigned to this contract are knowledgeable of and abide by the GICC/Arena Campus’s policies and procedures and actively participate in the promotion of dependable security measures. A. The Contractor shall have experience in investigative techniques, problem resolution, conflict management, and evidence handling. Position must receive adequate training related to these principles. B. The Contractor shall have first-rate verbal and written communication skills in English with the ability to communicate with all local, state and federal agencies or private security teams.
