The City of Dunwoody seeks professional IT and business operational improvement firms to submit a proposal for services related to the following scope of work:. Reduce paperwork and processing times with the Purchasing and Accounts Payable functions. The City utilizes Tyler Technologies Incode ERP (Tyler) for its Purchasing and Accounts Payable functions. Since going live in 2009, the City has yet to implement many of the paperless options for routing purchase orders and invoices. The City wishes to reduce time and effort required to create, enter, process and approve purchase orders and vendor invoices. The successful project will increase reliability and predictability of processes, and in doing so, reduce the need for extensive supervision. Byproducts of the successful project will be reducing paper usage and maximizing the functionality of Tyler.
