Specifications include, but are not limited to: This Request for Proposal (RFP) is to contract for professional insurance brokerage services to manage employee benefits. The City of College Park (City) is requesting only qualified brokers respond to this RFP. The City expects to utilize the selected broker for a term of one (1) year with an option to renew services. In addition, the City reserves the right to terminate any part of or the entirety of services that may result from this request, without cause and at any time, within sixty (60) calendar days written notice. In such case, the Broker shall be paid for services rendered through the date of the termination notice, and the result of all such work (including all documents and files) through that date shall become the property of the City. The contract shall be non-exclusive for the sole convenience of the City.
