Specifications include, but are not limited to: LOPL is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors for Symmetrical (Synchronous) Internet Access services for sixteen (16) sites. 1. Each of LOPL’s sixteen (16) sites will have a single (1) internet circuit. 2. Service Provider will provide all necessary rackmount equipment, connections, routers, etc. needed for Internet Access at the library. 3. Each of LOPL’s sixteen locations will be provided with a minimum of 2 addressable public static IP addresses for LOPL equipment. 4. The Service Provider will be responsible for all service, maintenance, support and monitoring of Internet connections. 5. Prompt response times and on-site repairs during operating hours and proactive monitoring are required. 6. Service Provider will provide a single consolidated bill that will include any thirdparty “last mile” provider or other sub-Service Provider that may be utilized to provide any portion of the required service. 7. Service Provider will provide a list of escalation contacts for circuit support. 8. Troubleshooting service will be provided and refunds will be provided for periods of service outage.
