The work will take place at four (4) separate locations across the GPSTC campus: - Behind Dorms - Urban Track - Fire Station - Gun Range Each location will receive one (1) concrete driveway, totaling approximately 4,500 square feet of 4,000 PSI commercial concrete. Concrete Driveways: Form, pour, and finish approximately 4,500 square feet of new concrete driveways (two larger and two smaller). 4,000 PSI commercial-grade concrete, poured at 4” thickness. Includes all formwork, control joints, expansion joints, and broom-finish surface. Site preparation: cut and grade sloped terrain as needed for proper subgrade support. Dirt handling: excavated material will be loaded and transported to a designated on-site staging area as needed (no off-site haul-off required). Includes backfilling around slab edges and grading for proper drainage after the pour. All work to meet commercial standards and local specifications. Gutter & Drainage Piping: Install adapters on existing 6" commercial downspouts on four (4) separate locations to divert roof runoff underground. Approximately 630 linear feet of 4" PVC drainpipe to be installed underground to carry water away from the structures. Includes T-connections linking downspouts on building corners and routing discharge to daylight away from structures. Two of the four buildings have electrical conduits near downspouts — those trenches will be hand-dug to avoid damage. All fittings, adapters, trenching, and backfilling included. Grading, Backfill, and Landscaping: Grade and compact all disturbed areas for smooth transition to surrounding ground. Backfill around concrete slabs and trenches as needed after completion. Seed and straw all disturbed soil using a Rye & Fescue mix — Rye for immediate germination and Fescue for long-term coverage. Cleanup and final restoration of all work areas included.
