Additionally, a large-scale map indicating the number and various types of parking spaces is provided as a separate document at this procurement’s bid posting page. B. Proposed parking types and counts: The service provider would be responsible for managing downtown parking facilities with the following approximate spaces: • On-Street Spaces – 394 total spaces: 34 spaces on Main Street, noted with Orange dots on map. 360 spaces – all others (not on Main St.) noted with Magenta dots on map. • Loading Zones, existing – 5 noted with red/white diagonal stripes on map. Future Phase 2 may include the following spaces: • Parking Lot Spaces – 130 total spaces in two public lots noted with Green dots on map. • Parking Decks – 634 total spaces 445 spaces in Park Plaza parking deck, outlined in blue. 189 spaces in 92 Milton Avenue parking deck, outlined in blue.
