Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Douglasville is requesting competitive sealed bids for a project described as the “Community Center Parking Lot Expansion” located at the Douglasville Public Safety complex located at 2083 Fairburn Road, Douglasville, Georgia. The community center is located on the south end of the Public Safety building and the project consists of the construction of an asphaltic concrete parking lot. The expansion will accommodate 42 additional parking spaces. The project will include partial demolition of the existing parking lot, earthwork, construction of concrete curb and gutter, asphaltic concrete paving, pavement striping, light standard installation, tree planting and erosion control.
