1. OFFEROR REQUIREMENTS Any responses from offerors in this RFP would entail the following, at a minimum: The successful contractor shall furnish all products, equipment, labor, and services necessary to provide secure, compliant, and efficient document shredding services for Henry County Schools. The following specifications shall apply: 2. Collection Containers e Supplier shall provide secure collection containers in a variety of sizes (desk-side, office, and high-capacity rolling bins). e Containers must be clean like-new, free from dirt and debris, secure, lockable-Key, tamper-proof, and bar-coded for confidential disposal, and maintained in good condition at no additional cost. e Supplier shall deliver, install, and replace containers as needed throughout the contract term. 3. Shredding Standards e All documents must be shredded using a cross-cut or micro-cut method that renders material irrecoverable. e Supplier must meet or exceed industry standards for secure destruction (NAID AAA Certification required). Shredding shall be performed either: a. On-site at Henry County Schools facilities using a mobile shredding truck, or b. Off-site at a secure shredding facility with documented chain-of-custody procedures that can be accessed via the supplier's dashboard or portal.
