The City of Kansas City, Missouri ("City") invites you to submit a proposal for DocumentOutput Management Services. This scope does not include production printing, duplicatingservices, and mailroom services for reproduction or distribution services.The City currently has 225 devices attached to the City's network under our currentlease contract for these services. Based on estimates, the City anticipates increasingthis amount by approximately 100 machines with this new solicitation. All devices will berequired to be connected to the City's network which allows for better monitoring ofusage and security. Stand alone devices are discouraged and rarely purchased. Multi-function devices (MFP) are the new standard device for the City.
