Detailed Design: Prepare final engineering drawings, specifications, and calculations for geometry, signage, lighting, pavement markings, drainage, and utility relocation. Environmental and Regulatory Compliance: Address environmental impacts, secure permits, and ensure ADA compliance. Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate public meetings, coordinate with utility providers, and incorporate feedback from GDOT and other agencies. Cost Estimation and Phasing: Provide preliminary construction cost estimates and a phasing plan. Final Deliverables: Provide signed and sealed hard copies, electronic PDFs, and CAD files (AutoCAD Civil3D-compatible) of all final design and engineering documents.
