The scope of this contract is for the demolition and proper disposal of the trade fixtures and miscellaneous structures including: 1. Parcel 3– MS-1) Business sign – 12 FT x 8 FT wooden sign on wood frame supports, and associated footings; MS-2) Business signs – Two 8 FT x 4 FT wooden signs on wood frame supports and associated footings;MS-3) 3 rail wood fence, posts, and associated footings, vine covered, approximately 200 LF; and MS-4) Abandoned semi-trailer, 53 FT; 2. Parcel 12 - MS-1) Billboard – Monopole, double face post and panel billboard. The faces are mounted to a horizontal beam is a V-shape. The sign is supported with a 3 FT diameter steel column directly planted with concrete fill. The faces are anchored to a steel framework attached to the column. The structure has steel-framed walk boards. The sign is 60 FT in height. 3. Parcel 23 - MS-1) Billboard – Monopole, double face post and panel billboard. The faces are mounted to a horizontal beam is a V-shape. The sign is supported with a 3 FT diameter steel column directly planted with concrete fill. The faces are anchored to a steel framework attached to the column. The structure has steel-framed walk boards. The sign is 90 FT in height. MS-2) Abandoned electrical panels which supported the operation of the billboard. All improvements must be completely demolished and removed from their present site. All demolition debris must be removed and disposed of properly in an appropriate landfill or recycled in accordance with the provisions of the Georgia Comprehensive Solid Waste Management Act of 1990 and the Georgia Rules for Solid Waste Management Chapter 391-3-4. The work will be completed in strict accordance with the DEMOLITION TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS, Office of Right of Way, Property Management, dated April 2018. (DEMOLITION TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS).
