The scope of this contract is for the demolition and proper disposal of the trade fixtures and miscellaneous structures including: 1. Parcel 3 - MS-1) CMU/stone veneered planting bed approximately 6 FT in diameter x 2 FT in height with associated footing and 4 In steel post and associated footing remaining from sign removal; 2. Parcel 12 - MS-1) Business sign – 3 FT x 6 FT business sign attached to steel posts/frame atop CMU/brick veneered columns 1 FT 4 IN x 1 FT 4 IN x 5 FT in height with associated footing and retaining wall approximately 20 FT x 1 FT X 1 FT 4 IN in height and associated footing (removal limited to lower curved wall); 3. Parcel 13 - MS-1) Business sign – 2 FT x 2 FT “Huddle House” sign in steel frame on 3 IN x 3 IN post and associated footing; and 4. Parcel 14 - MS-1) Two CMU/brick veneered columns 1 FT 4 IN x 1 FT 4 IN x 8 FT in height with associated footing remaining after business sign removal. All improvements must be completely demolished and removed from their present site. All demolition debris must be removed and disposed of properly in an appropriate landfill or recycled in accordance with the provisions of the Georgia Comprehensive Solid Waste Management Act of 1990 and the Georgia Rules for Solid Waste Management Chapter 391-3-4. The work will be completed in strict accordance with the DEMOLITION TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS, Office of Right of Way, Property Management, dated April 2018. (DEMOLITION TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS).
