The scope of this contract is for the demolition and proper disposal of the trade fixtures and miscellaneous structures including: 1. PARCEL 40 - MS-1) 5 FT High wood privacy fence, posts and associated footings, approximately 45 LF; 2. PARCEL 41 - MS-1) 5 FT High wood privacy fence, posts and associated footings, approximately 30 LF; 3. PARCEL 42 - MS-1) Wood frame and chain link fence, posts and associated footings, approximately 61 LF; MS-2) 6 FT High wood privacy fence, posts, and associated footings, approximately 46 LF; and MS-3) Wood frame gate, posts, and associated footings.; 4. PARCEL 43 - MS-1) Wood frame and chain link fence, posts and associated footings, approximately 440 LF; MS-2) Double wood frame gate, posts, and associated footings; MS-3) Wood frame storage shed, approximately 8 FT x 8 FT; 5. PARCEL 68 - MS-1) 4 FT High chain link fence, posts and associated footings, approximately 220 LF; 6. PARCEL 88 - MS-1) Business Sign – Wooden signs, top sign is 8 FT x 3 FT, bottom sign is 8 FT x 1.5 FT mounted between two 6" square painted cedar posts, approximately 8 FT high, and associated footings; MS-2) Light standard, fixture, and concrete/base/footing;MS-3) Directional sign – “The Study Hall”, 2 FT x 2 FT single face aluminum panels mounted to a single 2.5" steel U-Channel post, and associated footing; MS-4) Tubular steel gates, support posts, and associated footings; MS-5) Directional sign – “The Study Hall”, 2 FT x 2 FT single face aluminum panels mounted to a single 2.5" steel U-Channel post, and associated footing; MS-6) Directional sign – “Entrance” 1 FT x 1.5 FT single face aluminum panels mounted to a single 2.5" steel U-Channel post, and associated footing; and MS-7) Directional sign – “Entrance” 1 FT x 1.5 FT single face aluminum panels mounted to a single 2.5" steel U-Channel post, and associated footing. 7. PARCEL 94 - MS-1) Wood privacy fence, posts, and associated footings, approximately 6 FT in height x 31 FT; and, 8. PARCEL 95 - MS-1) Stone landscaping border, approximately 1 FT in height x 8 T diameter All improvements must be completely demolished and removed from their present site. All demolition debris must be removed and disposed of properly in an appropriate landfill or recycled in accordance with the provisions of the Georgia Comprehensive Solid Waste Management Act of 1990 and the Georgia Rules for Solid Waste Management Chapter 391-3-4.
