Requirement No. 1 The scope of this contract is for the demolition and proper disposal of the trade fixtures and miscellaneous structures including: 1. Parcel 2 - MS-1,2) Concrete light standard bases/footings, approximately 2 FT diameter x unknown depth; 2. Parcel 11 - MS-1) Business sign - Double faced lighted 20 FT x 8 FT steel framed sign with lower double faced lighted 16 FT x 8 FT sign with moveable letters, steel supports with brick veneer, CMU/stone veneered base, and associated footing with 4 steel bollards (covered in advertisements); 3. Parcel 12 - MS-1) Business sign - 2- 12 FT x 4 FT steel framed, double-faced panels supported by 2 – 8 IN steel posts and associated footings, MS-2) Irrigation system components; 4. Parcel 13 - MS-1) Cut off steel post, approximately 12 IN diameter, and associated footing from removal of business sign, MS-2) Cut off steel post approximately 18 IN diameter, and associated footing from removal of business sign; 5. Parcel 14 - MS-1) Wrought iron fence (approximately 4 FT in height), posts, and associated footings, approximately 104 LF; 6. Parcel 15 - MS-1) Light standard, fixture, and associated concrete base/footing; 7. Parcel 17 - MS-1) Sign bases, 2 – 10 IN steel posts and associated footings, MS-2) Light concrete base/footing, approximately 24 IN diameter x unknown depth, remaining from previously removed light standard; 8. Parcel 18 - MS-1) Concrete sign base/footing, approximately 30 IN diameter x unknown depth, remaining from previously removed sign, MS-2,3,4) Light concrete bases/footings, approximately 24 IN diameter x unknown depth, remaining from previously removed light standards; 9. Parcel 25 -MS-1) Business sign – One (1) DF lighted ID street sign installed, on two (2) each 6" x 6" square steel poles each pole has a brick base, and associated footing. Top sign is a 4 FT x 8 FT' LED message center, middle sign is·64 IN x 12 FT, and full color message center attached to the side of the support pole Is a 2 FT x 4 FT red LED open sign; and MS-2) Flagpole and associated footing; 10. Parcel 29 - MS-1) Business sign – Double faced lighted ID 10 FT x 4 FT sign with flex typefaces reads: (Walgreens Pharmacy) Installed on two 6 IN x 6 IN square steel poles, 30 FT tall attached at grade with anchors, on concrete foundation/pad, and MS-2-8) 7 - Light standards, fixtures, and concrete bases/footings; 11. Parcel 30 - MS-1) Business sign – Double faced lighted street sign 11 FT x 12 FT with paned, embossed plastic faces reads: (ARBYS) with lighted double faced 8 FT x 4 FT letter changer sign. Signs installed on two 10 IN square steel poles at a height of 28' tall and associated footings with two 4 IN round steel bollards, and MS-2) Light standard, fixture, and concrete base/footing; and, 12. Parcel 33 - MS-1) Concrete footings and electrical equipment remaining from removal of sign. All improvements must be completely demolished and removed from their present site. All demolition debris must be removed and disposed of properly in an appropriate landfill or recycled in accordance with the provisions of the Georgia Comprehensive Solid Waste Management Act of 1990 and the Georgia Rules for Solid Waste Management Chapter 391-3-4. The work will be completed in strict accordance with the DEMOLITION TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS, Office of Right of Way, Property Management, dated April 2018. (DEMOLITION TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS).
