The scope of this contract is for demolition and proper disposal of the following structure(s) and other site improvements: 1. Structure 1 – CMU/steel framed commercial structure with brick veneer and metal fascia over concrete slab/footings with steel reinforced high strength concrete vault and attached canopy over drive through lanes; 2. Miscellaneous Structure 1 – 14 bollards and associated footings along sidewalk in front of parking spaces at front of Structure 1, two with handicap signs; 3. Miscellaneous Structure 2 – Light standard, base, and associated footing; 4. Miscellaneous Structure 3 – Light standard, base, and associated footing; 5. Miscellaneous Structure 4 – Six bollards and associated footings in center island and three islands under drive through canopy; 6. Miscellaneous Structure 5 – Wooden fence, posts, and associated footings; 7. Asphalt/concrete paving, approximately 22,000 SF; 8. Concrete walks/paving, handicap ramp, concrete stairs and metal handrails and associated footings approximately 3,200 SF; and 9. Concrete curbing, approximately 1,325 LF.
