The Scope of Work contemplated and covered in this bid proposal consists of the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required for the removal of an Underground Storage Tank (UST) and any product piping, including, but not limited to: 1. This acquisition is a partial take. Work shall be accomplished within the demolition easement and the required right of way. See attached Right of Way plan. 2. Remove and dispose of unverified quantity of existing liquids, if any, within 1 Underground Storage Tank (1 – 2,000 gal tank), and any associated piping. Assume a maximum of 100 gallons of liquid to be removed from the tank. 3. Wash and triple rinse UST after proper removal of remaining liquids prior to removing tanks from the ground. Submit documentation provided by specialty UST wash contractor. 4. Excavate as necessary to expose the UST. 5. Remove 1 Underground Storage Tanks (1 – 2,000 gal tank) and any associated product piping. Backfill and compact with new, non-contaminated, acceptable soil. 6. Provide field sampling and lab analyses analysis for the tank, any associated piping, and soil piles as required by regulation. 7.
