The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT), is soliciting bids from qualified firm(s) to provide Demolition of Improvements, Structures, or other Encumbrances in the Right Of Way and/or Easement Areas. The work consists of the equipment, supervision, and all other services required for the complete demolition of the structures identified and described in the Asbestos Inspection Reports. All improvements must be completely demolished and removed from their present site. All demolition debris must be removed and disposed of properly in an appropriate landfill or recycled in accordance with the provisions of the Georgia Comprehensive Solid Waste Management Act of 1990 and the Georgia Rules for Solid Waste Management Chapter 391-3-4. The work will be completed in strict accordance with the Technical Specifications.
