1. Structure 1 – Wood frame residential structure over crawl space; Structure 1 will require abatement of asbestos containing materials and work area clearance by the Site Inspector prior to approval for demolition. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials and equipment necessary to provide specified abatement of identified asbestos-containing and contaminated materials, as well as their proper disposal in strict accordance with the ASBESTOS ABATEMENT TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS, Office of Right of Way, Property Management, dated April 2018. (ABATEMENT TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS). All improvements must be completely demolished and removed from their present site. All demolition debris must be removed and disposed of properly in an appropriate landfill or recycled in accordance with the provisions of the Georgia Comprehensive Solid Waste Management Act of 1990 and the Georgia Rules for Solid Waste Management Chapter 391-3-4. The demolition work will be completed in strict accordance with the DEMOLITION TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS, Office of Right of Way, Property Management, dated April 2018. (DEMOLITION TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS).
