1. All work is to be performed in accordance with the GDOT ROW master abatement and demolition specifications issued on June 1, 2018 by ROW’s State Property Manager, Demolition & Removal. Demolition workers must show evidence of having attended a GDOT approved awareness training program. This structure (S1) has been damaged by large tree fall onto structure after original inspection. Some original inspection photo’s are still a part of the “ACM & Pre-Demo Report” so that material items and areas can be better understood. The work should be performed in a manner to not endanger workers or generate liability to all involved. For that reason the Demolition Contractor will be allowed to strip away exterior finishes and treat that material as General Construction Debris. Once that effort is maximized the balance of materials MUST be treated as ACM and disposed of accordingly in an approved landfill. Site Inspector strongly advises site visit to assess conditions and material quantity prior to bid submittal. 2. Asbestos abatement includes: S1 - Int. Misc.
