Specifications include, but are not limited to: Demand Response Services. Mandatory : Enroll and manage the participation of Eligible Entity facilities (hereinafter “Customer Assets”) including but not limited to those listed in Attachment 2 (Parts 1, 2 and 3) to maximize participation and earnings in the ISO New England (ISO-NE) Demand Response Program. All listed Customer Assets shall participate in said Demand Response Program through utilization of back-up emergency generators and/or load curtailment. · Desirable: Provide support services for current and future assets enrolled and to be enrolled by the Commonwealth in the Forward Capacity Market as listed in Attachment 2 -Part 4). Under any contract resulting from this RFR, the contractor (also referred to as “Enrolling Participant” (EP)) must provide all equipment, devices, data collection, testing and any additional products and/or services necessary to make all Customer Assets eligible and to enroll them in the ISO-NE Demand Response Programs. Furthermore, beginning with the Customer Asset’s enrollment in a Demand Response Program, the Enrolling Participant, in the manner prescribed in this RFR, will manage all aspects of participation in said Program, including but not limited to all obligation management, notification of appropriate Commonwealth employees for events, and transfer of funds to the Eligible Entity.
