Specifications include, but are not limited to: i. Contractor is solely responsible for any costs associated with all cleaning equipment, such as vacuum cleaner, sweep, mop, duster, cleaning supplies, and floor care products that are necessary for performance of responsibilities under this contract. ii. Contractor’s nightly/weekly cleaning, as described in “Attachment J,” shall include the following general schedule: a. Entrance (Lobby), Offices, Classroom, Break Room, Copier/Printer room, Hallways, Display Area, Stairs/stairwells, elevator, conference room, and all other common areas must be: 3. Wet clean all tables, all sinks, and counter tops 4. Clean all doors 5. Spot clean surfaces for removal of spillage, marks, and rings 6. Dust eye level ledges in lobby area 7. Empty trash; replace waste container liners as necessary 8. Sweep and mop all hard surface floors 9. Clean fingerprints from interior glass and entry door 10. Sanitize and wipe all drinking fountains 11. Carpet spot removal weekly or as needed 12. Spot clean all public area fabric chairs with approved cleaning chemicals weekly or as needed b. Restrooms: 1. Empty trash and replace waste container liner as necessary 2. Disinfect door handles, partition handles, and light switches 3. Clean and polish all dispensers, mirrors, and fixtures 4. Refill all dispensers daily c. Trash Removal: 1. Contractor shall dispose of general building, office, and warehouse trash in an onsite dumpster, using trash bags provided by the laboratory facility, located in the parking lot off the main loading dock. d. Recycling: 1. Contractor shall sort and store (onsite) recyclable material such as cardboard and white paper, as designated by the GPHL Facility Director, for removal by a third party. iii. Provide annual cleaning services, as described in “Attachment J,” to include the following: a. Shampoo carpet b. Hard flooring surfaces shall be stripped and waxed
